How to Upload own template to new blogger setting

Hi readers.. Base on my experience, it is quite confusing to use the latest version of blogger. So, here is the solution.. Hoooray.. Oh my english :(

1. Login to blogger

2.  Go to Template and click it :)

3. In template, click Backup/restore at top right 

4. Click choose file and upload it. Yeay.. we are done !!
